Ford & Associates completed the building designs and construction documentation for multiple build-to-suit stores for national retailers. This phase of the development was 240,000 Sq. Ft. and was adjacent to the lifestyle center developed by JR Anderson. In addition Ford & Associates completed the design and documentation for a 19,500 Sq. Ft. free standing multi-tenant retail out parcel building.
