Ft. of speculative retail space was designed as shell space and leased to retailers such as J. Jill, Chico’s, Aveda and Jos. A. Banks. Unique to this center is rear parking fields with a private street and pedestrian mallway between the two retail buildings. The rear parking areas are accessed via highly detailed pedestrian promenades.
