A redevelopment project of a 50-year old shopping center, located on a 52 acre site on North High Street. The project involved the demolition of several buildings, reconfiguration of the parking and access drives and the construction of multiple in-line and free standing retail buildings. FAA provided the overall master planning and coordination of the architectural design of the Target store.
