Renovation of an existing enclosed mall located in Upper Arlington, Ohio. The existing mallway was removed to create a new exterior pedestrian promenade along the new individually designed tenant storefronts. A new center plaza was added to create an exterior focal area and exterior seating area for new restaurants that frame the plaza.
